The Wapakoneta City Council held a public hearing at 6 p.m. Wednesday regarding the zoning of property for the Pratt Industries facility, and at 6:15 p.m. to bring to the floor, read and adopt as an emergency an ordinance regarding zoning of city property. Both meetings were held in Council Chambers at City Hall.
There were no comments from the floor or from other councilors regarding the zoning of the Pratt property as M-3 Industrial District. Likewise the city property was also zoned M-3.
These were the only matters that could be discussed during the special meetings.
Upon adjournment, Second Ward Councilor Dan Lee thanked At-Large Councilors Rachel Barber and Dan Graf for their years of service to the community. The sentiment was echoed by Council President Pro Tem Bonnie Wurst, who was sitting in for Council President Steve Henderson.
