Storm drainage issues aired

The Wapakoneta City Council will hold a Committee of the Whole meeting Thursday to discuss storm drainage.

The ordinance, designed to address issues that arose during the summer's heavy rains, provides upgraded rules for property developers. Improper drainage is blamed for damage to several properties and the city is attempting to address those issues.
