Monday - Community members from Buckland and the surrounding areas showed their support for the Buckland Volunteer Fire Department during the 44th Annual Buckland Fireman’s Festival on Saturday.
Tuesday - Second Ward Councilman Daniel Lee announced that the council’s Tourism Advisory Committee had met. Looking over the financials of the city’s lodging tax, the committee recommended to council Monday that the committee be expanded to five members
Wednesday - The County Commissioners held another meeting Tuesday to follow up on a solar energy project that was first discussed with Palmer Energy Company in December.
Thursday - The county is seeking to fill a new assistant position with the Auglaize County Fairgrounds that will eventually culminate into the position of fairgrounds manager.
Friday - Wapakoneta resident Stacey Pickens has become the new gallery director at Riverside Art Center.
