WAPAKONETA, OH
As of 1:50 p.m. Wednesday, a train is blocking all CSX railroad crossings all the way through Wapakoneta. According to police scanner traffic, the train is disabled. The Wapakoneta Police Department is currently working to find out more about the situation. Stay tuned for updates.
