In addition to his roles as Wapakoneta City Councilman-At-Large and Executive Director of the Auglaize County United Way, Randy Fisher has taken on a new business venture.

With his new training and consulting firm, Randy Fisher Training, he works with businesses and organizations on the elements of executive presence, such as “the way they look, the way they sound, the way they come across.” It all began with communication training he held for United Way Partner Agencies last year.

Fisher offers workshops, as well as individual coaching. His three workshops include Executive Presence, which helps develop the look, the sound and the feel of leadership; Presenting with Power, which covers the nuts and bolts of public speaking; and the third is call Smart Work, which focuses on time management, he said. He covers the same topics in the individual coaching, “only it's much more tailored to that specific person,” Fisher said.
