Gilbert sentenced to 7 years in prison

Natosha N. Gilbert, 29, of Lima, was sentenced Wednesday in the Auglaize County Common Pleas Court for her involvement in the 2014 murder of Charles Hicks of Uniopolis.

Gilbert was sentenced to seven years in prison for one count of involuntary manslaughter, which she pleaded guilty to on Feb. 5. According to Andrew Augsburger of the Auglaize County Prosecutor's Office, Gilbert acted as a lookout during the night of the murder. She was the girlfriend of James Dinsmore, who was sentenced to life in prison in 2015 for his part in the murder.
