Apparent suicide victim identified

Auglaize County Sheriff Solomon has released the name of the victim of apparent suicide at the cemetery near Kossuth. The victim was found to be David R. Gillispie, age 43 from rural Spencerville. Gillispie was a Sergeant with the Lima Police Department.
