Council moves 2016 budget forward

The Wapakoneta City Council’s Finance Committee gave its final blessing and recommended passage of the 2016 appropriations measure. The committee has been working with City Auditor Wilbur Wells, diligently discussing line items within the budget, since the end of 2015.

No major changes were noted. A public hearing on the budget will be held at 7:15 p.m. April 4, prior to the regular council meeting.
