Jackie Foster, an eighth-grader at Wapakoneta High School, participated in a bell ringing ceremony last Wednesday at Nationwide Children's Hospital. It signified her last chemotherapy treatment.
“She's doing good right now,” her mother, Vickie said.
Jackie was one of the three area youths for which Make-A-Wish day was held on Nov. 9. A benefit basketball game, as well as a benefit held at the Wapakoneta Bob Evans were created in support of the three children's wishes.
