Auglaize County saw its first sizable snowfall of the season over the weekend but it didn’t seem to cause any major problems.
Auglaize EMA Coordinator Troy Anderson said the county hadn’t had weather like this is past weekend since the previous winter. Anderson, who also is the Auglaize Administrator for CoCoRahs, a volunteer precipitation data collection website, estimates that in a 12-hour-period during the storm, the county got between 3.5 and 5 inches, with the southern portion around Minster and New Bremen receiving more snow.
