J. Marie's celebrates anniversary

J. Maries Wood-Fired Kitchen and Drinks is not only centrally located to Wapakoneta at 7 W. Auglaize St.; after three years it has become a central part of its community. The restaurant has worked with area organizations to become a favorite place to host events for numerous non-profit organizations.

Owner John-Williams Davis reflected on what’s changed since the beginning.

“Well we’ve added a patio, he said, adding one thing that hasn’t change much are his staff members. “Luckily we have a lot of team members that have been here since the first opening.”

The menu has not stayed the same. Davis and his staff continue to tweak...
