The early stages of construction are already well underway at 705 Commerce Drive in Wapakoneta.
The ground has already been leveled and backhoes and bobcats are standing at the ready.
But on Monday, FlexArm staff turned the ceremonial first dirt on what will soon become their new home.
By next spring, FlexArm and FlexCNC will move from their current location–851 Industrial Drive–to the new $4 million, 55,000 sq. ft. headquarters to built on the Commerce Drive site, a significant increase in size for the producers of precision tapping machines, die grinders, torque reaction arms and custom lifting solutions under their FlexArm banner, and CNC machines through FlexCNC.
The new facility will also house the company's corporate offices, as well as their research and development, engineering, and customer testing departments.
