The Armstrong Air and Space Museum are unveiling a new line-up of Outreach Education programing, which will send museum educators across the state to libraries, schools, and scout meetings.
The interactive programs cover a wide variety of space-themed subjects, all of which are newly developed by the museum's educators for the new school year. It's a tall task, rewriting new lessons every year, but it's for good reason, museum educator Ellen Engle says.
"I don't repeat lessons year after year," Engle said. "Kids could be in the class two years in a row, so they don't get the same thing twice."
