Look for them out and about, wearing those now-iconic white “Live United” t-shirts. Some will be wielding hammers, others paint brushes, still others brooms, rakes and trowels; all will be taking part Saturday in the annual United Way of Auglaize County’s Day of Caring.
“The Day of Caring is our one opportunity to involve the entire community to help our partner agencies that don’t have the time, the money or the resources to do these projects on their own,” said Randy Fisher, executive director of the county’s United Way. “We will have volunteers at 10 community projects throughout the county on Saturday.”
