The Wapakoneta City Council is expected to hear reports from the Streets and Alleys Committee and the Communications and Rules Committee tonight.
The communications and rules committee met Feb. 22 to discuss a draft of a proposed letter to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency regarding plans for a low income housing development at the northwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Redskin Trail.
Several homeowners and members of the Lincoln Park Homeowners Association addressed council Feb. 19 in opposition to the project, citing concerns for declining home values and a lack of sufficient drainage in the area.
