Trena Chiles held Wellness Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Auglaize County Council on Aging, focusing on the ears, nose and throat.
During her presentation, Chiles ran through a quick quiz with attendees before sitting down to discuss the program she has been running for nine years.
"In St. Marys, it's the first and the third (weeks)," she said of Wellness Wednesdays. "In Wapak, it's the second and fourth."
This year, the programs have a different format, Chiles noted.
"What I did this year was kind of doing something different, a body part a month," she said. "So for January, we're starting at the top with the head ... Now we're moving into the ENT and moving down."
