Kentner uses Wapakoneta event to pitch A Christmas Story Run

Some of you may know Amy Kentner from her position as administrator at Wapakoneta Manor, or maybe from the popular Run to the Moon 5k/10k during the Summer Moon Festival. But there's one thing you and a bunch of other people might know her from, especially after last weekend.

Kentner is the race coordinator for A Christmas Story Run, which has been featured in Runner's World Magazine, and now on Fox Television Network during last weekend's, A Christmas Story Live!
Featured during a live throw to the Christmas Story House in Cleveland, the race takes place every December, with the finish line just in front of the house.

Even before the national television exposure, the race draws attention from around the globe just four years in. Runners flock to Cleveland to take part in the race, wearing their best bunny costume or 'Fragile Box.'
