Board reviews 2016 Fair

The 2016 Auglaize County Fair was deemed a success by fair board members Monday evening at the first meeting since the event took place.
“For the heat, I think everything went well,” President Ed Doenges said. “When you get that kind of heat, you always have animal issues, and it was down to a minimum this year.”
He pointed out powerwashing and disinfecting all the chicken and rabbit pens this year made a difference. With the entertainment tent, there are some things that need to be discussed about moving some bands around for next year.
