Two held on bond violations

At 3:07 a.m. Wednesday, a Wapakoneta Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on Bellefontaine Street near the I-75 overpass. The WPD Canine Unit Rico alerted positive for drugs. Prescription drugs and cash were found in the vehicle. Taken into custody were Richard A. Nash Jr., 22, Sevierville, Tennessee and Clarence S. Henry, 25, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Both are being held on Bond Violations out of Auglaize
County Common Pleas Court. They were out on bond awaiting sentencing from previous drug convictions.
The Grand Lake Drug Task Force assisted in the case, which is still under investigation.
