City's safety-service director chosen

Mayor Tom Stinebaugh introduced his election for Safety-Service Director at Monday night’s council meeting.

Chad Scott will officially begin his duties on Jan. 28.

Scott is a Wapakoneta native and has been working in the county engineer’s office for the past four years. He has associate degrees in civil engineering and concrete fabrication.
