WAPAKONETA, OH
A Pusheta Township resident who lives south of Wapakoneta and outside the city limits will be allowed to tie in to the city’s sanitary sewer line without annexation.
At-Large Councilwoman Rachel Barber made the motion Monday, which was quickly amended to define a five-acre property associated with the tie-in and the fees to be paid.
The motion to allow Nancy Freymuth to tie-in to the city’s sanitary sewer line was passed unanimously.
