School officials learned the search for a new guidance counselor continues, and additional personnel items were finalized when the Waynesfield-Goshen Local School District Board of Education met for their regular meeting on Monday evening at the district offices.
District superintendent Chris Pfister updated the Board on the school’s search for an additional guidance counselor.
The new hire will accompany Abby Dellinger and Chelsea Junkins, who have been serving in various advising roles since the district eliminated the position a year ago.
Junkins, as well as Pfister, determined that the school needed to bring back a full time 6-12 counselor.
